I am designer from Slovakia who started to work as a visual designer but over time my steps led to finding a passion for UX, CX and service design. Over the last four years, I've worked on a number of projects that have given me experience in UX/UI, web design and customer or user research. I am currently directing my steps towards improving products, services and customer satisfaction.
